Initially starting as a dynamic three-piece party band, with a focus on intimate events between 50 - 350 people, Dean soon became the go-to person for those wanting to put on any kind of fun and successful event. Being a creative person, Dean is also an accomplished songwriter, sound engineer, and producer having written performed and recorded 3 studio albums to date.

Ben Nicholls has been a strength and integral part of the success of the original Groove Night Avenue Trio band. Ben is an incredibly talented keyboard player, Singer, and Musician. He studied music, including Jazz, at WAPPA and has been performing for 18 years. 14 of those years have been performing alongside Dean Anderson and thus creating a musical chemistry that is a pleasure to witness.
